Show cooking at Camino de Santiago

Seven of the best chefs in Spain participated in an special show cooking called "La cocina del Camino" which took place in Centro de la Cultura del Rioja. Ignacio Echapresto, Venta Moncalvillo's chef was also one of the participants in this event, which was related with the closest gastronomy of Camino de Santiago. The meeting had loads of public who were able to try some salad and sweet "pinchos" during the whole morning. Ignacio Echapresto brought two of his classic dishes, endives served with funghi and also courgette filled with foie and wild mushroom.
