Ignacio is a self-taught chef, who learned the secrets of cuisine from his mother. His style of cooking is connected with the flavours and the products of La Rioja.
Products from our field, game dishes, wild mushrooms and seafood products are part of the cuisine of Venta Moncalvillo.
The raw materials of the menu are seassonal products. Ignacio Echapresto brings his own style of cooking and adds the avant grade techniques to obtain a traditional but innovating kitchen. The simplicity is noticeable in every elaboration, respecting the original flavours and making the results surprising and whay more authentic.
